If you have any cardiac history like stents, heart attacks, valve replacements, diabetes, Sleep apnea, or are on a blood thinner, please bring a letter from your treating physician stating you are cleared to be a certified driver. There are other conditions that may also need a letter to include specific information. Feel free to contact me directly at 831-515-1700 with any questions about needing a waiver, it will save us both the time and worry! Please see example letters that you can show your doctor.
