Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. My name is Audrey Sanfilippo and I will be the Certified Medical Examiner completing your exams. Dr. Richard Ravalin is the Medical Director of OPC and is also a renowned orthopedic surgeon with a private office in Monterey County. Together we own On-site Physical Certifications. 

 

I have been serving the Santa Cruz and Watsonville areas as a Physician Assistant in Urgent Care for the last 5 years. I have first hand experience with the inefficient processes at local urgent cares and occupational health offices while completing DOT/DMV Exams. I was inspired to create a mobile service that takes the physicals to the companies' doorstep, decreasing nerves of drivers and allowing for the least amount of disruption in their workday.

My goal is to provide a streamlined system that helps save you and your drivers stress, time, and money. I am excited to step out on my own to provide a service that our community desperately needs. Creating efficiency is a passion of mine, and I will continue to strive to make each experience better than the last. 

 

My Husband Ryan and I live in Capitola and enjoy walking to the village or along Seacliff Beach, grateful for the beauty this county has to offer. I grew up in Scotts Valley and am lucky to stay close with my parents and sisters who live locally. I went to Cabrillo College, Cal Poly SLO for my Bachelors in Kinesiology, then Loma Linda University for my Masters of Physician Assistant degree. I am passionate about contributing to the health and well-being of the people in this community I love. I enjoy hearing each patient’s story, making them feel comfortable, and strive to make sure they leave my appointments knowing their goals were understood.
