Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. My name is Audrey Sanfilippo, and I’m the Certified Medical Examiner who will be completing your exams. Dr. Richard Ravalin, a renowned orthopedic surgeon with a private practice in Monterey County, serves as the Medical Director of On-site Physical Certifications (OPC), and together we co-own the business.

About Audrey Sanfilippo, PA-C

 

For the past nine years, I’ve had the privilege of serving the Santa Cruz and Watsonville areas as a Physician Assistant, with five of those years specializing in Urgent Care. Through my experience in local urgent care centers and occupational health offices—particularly in completing DOT/DMV exams—I saw firsthand how inefficient the process can be. This inspired me to create a mobile service that brings physicals directly to a company’s doorstep. The goal is to reduce driver stress and minimize disruptions to their workday. In 2021, I opened a beautiful office location in Capitola, right across from the Capitola DMV, to meet the needs of individual drivers who prefer an in-office experience.

My mission is to provide a streamlined system that saves a team and individual drivers time, stress, and money. Since launching my business, I’ve had the pleasure of serving the community for over four years, and I’m proud to offer a service that truly makes a difference. Efficiency is a passion of mine, and I am committed to continuously improving the experience for every client I serve.

I live in Scotts Valley with my energetic 2.5-year-old son, Callum. We love taking bike rides through Henry Cowell Redwoods, bouncing on trampolines, and reading plenty of books. I’m fortunate to be close to my parents and sisters, who all live locally. My educational journey started at Cabrillo College, followed by a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and culminated with a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Loma Linda University.

I am deeply passionate about contributing to the health and well-being of the community I love. My goal is always to listen to each patient’s story, make them feel comfortable, and ensure they leave my appointments knowing their health goals were understood and addressed.
